The RS Regulate AK-314MS Yugo Rear-Biased Lower is a precision-machined lower optic mount designed for Yugo/Serbian PAP and M21 pattern rifles with factory side rails. Part of the AK-300 Modular Side Mount System, this rear-biased lower positions optics directly over the rifle’s bore for improved alignment and eye relief. Built from rugged 6061-T6 aluminum with RS Regulate’s low-profile, titanium-based locking system, it attaches directly to the receiver side rail for a secure, repeatable zero. Note: this lower requires a compatible RS Regulate upper mount and will not work with M92 or M85 rifles that lack a factory side rail.
