TLO OUTDOORS RETURN POLICY: 

At TLO Outdoors, we want our return policy to be simple. If your item is in new, sealed condition, we can accept your return within 30 days, no questions asked.  We will issue a full refund, including the original outbound standard shipping charges.   Expedited shipping charges chosen by customer (2nd Day or Next Day Air/Express) are not refundable.

If your item has been opened, used, or installed, we can issue a return authorization within 30 days, however, there may be a restocking fee of up to 15%.

SHIPPING REFUNDS:

Our shipping to you, the customer, is always included in your price. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless an item is damaged or you received an incorrect product.

All products requiring service or that become defective after 30 day should be directed to the manufacturer for warranty repair. 

Expedited shipping charges chosen by customer (2nd Day or Next Day Air/Express) are not refundable unless the express service chosen has a delivery guarantee that is active and not suspended by the carrier.   

EXCLUSIONS:

Some items are excluded from returns.   This includes:

• Tannerite or Sonic exploding targets
• Gender Reveal Kits (returns allowed if box has never been opened, customer is responsible for return freight, plus 15% restocking fee)
